I'm the coach for those who are sick & tired of starting over.
I specialize in one thing: building health habits that work on low-energy days (not just your best ones). My whole philosophy is that consistency doesn't come from willpower, it comes from designing routines that survive real life.
I don't teach people how to become more disciplined. I teach them how to stop breaking momentum.
And the reason for this is actually really personal for me...
In 2010, I was in a car accident that dramatically reduced my capacity for exercise and self-care. Suddenly, the routines I'd been following weren't just hard, they were downright impossible. And when I turned to the internet for help, everything I found was designed for someone who didn't have chronic pain, a busy career, or days where getting off the couch felt like an accomplishment.
So I figured out my own way. I stopped trying to be the "it girl" on Instagram and started building systems designed for my actual capacity ... with my chronic pain, demanding work schedule, my genuinely limited capabilities.
And it worked.
Not because I was suddenly more disciplined, but because I stopped designing around an idealized version of myself and started designing around my reality.
I've maintained my health routine for years now. No guilt, no frustration, no shame, no big Monday do-overs. And now I'm here to help you do the same.
