Turns out, nothing was wrong with me. I was just trying to force an intense, rigid routine into a real, unpredictable life. Once I stopped overcomplicating everything and built habits that could actually flex, I stopped restarting.

That was nearly a decade ago, and I haven’t had to start over since.
